Get Started

    First Project Picker

Tell it how much time you have, what glass you want to paint, and whether the piece lives on a shelf or might go outside. You will get one starting guide and a second option. Drinkware is not a first project if you want to drink from it.

What This Picker Will Always Tell You

    • A smooth jar is the most forgiving first surface. Curves, rims, and seasonal sets need more time.
    • Drinkware is not a first project if you want to drink from it. Keep the rim and the inside of the bowl bare.
    • An evening is enough for a first coat on a jar, not a full table set. Leave cure time after you paint.
    • A porch is a harder job than a shelf. Check sealer before you treat a piece as outdoor decor.

This is practical studio advice, not a laboratory result and not an approval claim.
